Nat\u00fcrlich ist die Verantwortung f\u00fcr die Umwelt eine wichtige Triebfeder, aber sie geht Hand in Hand mit der Schaffung eines gefahrlosen Arbeitsplatzes, der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Normen, der Erreichung der SDG-Ziele f\u00fcr die Stakeholder und der Pflege guter Beziehungen zu den Nachbargemeinden des Stahlwerks.<\/p><p>W\u00e4hrend sich kanalisierte Emissionen mit bew\u00e4hrten Technologien wie Entstaubungsanlagen und Nassw\u00e4schern in den Griff bekommen lassen, stellen diffuse Emissionen aufgrund ihrer Unvorhersehbarkeit eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Herausforderung dar. Sie befinden sich oft in windigen Gebieten wie H\u00e4fen und bieten gro\u00dfe, erosionsgef\u00e4hrdete Fl\u00e4chen. Dies f\u00fchrt zu staubigen Bedingungen in den Rohstofflagern und zu Materialverlusten, die sich direkt auf die Produktionskosten auswirken k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><p>Um diese Auswirkungen abzumildern, verwenden die Hersteller w\u00e4ssrige L\u00f6sungen mit Verkrustungsmitteln, die auf die Halden gespr\u00fcht werden und eine verfestigte Schicht bilden, die gegen Winderosion resistent ist.<\/p><p>Also - einfache L\u00f6sung? Nur teilweise.<\/p><p>Auf Rohstoffh\u00f6fen herrscht reges Treiben. Die Verwaltung von Lagerbest\u00e4nden ist eine Kunst f\u00fcr sich. Jeden Moment k\u00f6nnen Schiffe, Lastwagen oder Z\u00fcge eintreffen, die entladen werden und neue Stapel bilden. Je nach den meteorologischen Bedingungen werden entweder krustenbildende Mittel oder hygroskopische Materialien eingesetzt. W\u00e4hrend sich Krusten mit der Zeit abbauen, erzeugen hygroskopische Materialien einen Benetzungseffekt, der die Staubbildung verhindert. Hier kommen haupts\u00e4chlich zwei Staubbek\u00e4mpfungsmethoden zum Einsatz: Nassspr\u00fch- und Schaumsysteme.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3fbe331 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3fbe331\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nassspr\u00fchsysteme k\u00f6nnen aufgrund ihrer k\u00fchlenden Wirkung wirksam sein, aber sie f\u00fchren auch Feuchtigkeit in das Material ein. Diese Feuchtigkeit muss in nachfolgenden Prozessen (z. B. Hoch\u00f6fen oder Koks\u00f6fen) verdampft werden, was zu einem thermischen Nachteil und h\u00f6heren Gesamtbetriebskosten (TCO) f\u00fchrt.<\/p><p>Schaumsysteme, die mit Hilfe von Druckluft und speziellen D\u00fcsen einen relativ \"trockenen\" Schaum erzeugen, k\u00f6nnen eine \u00e4hnliche Staubreduzierung erreichen und gleichzeitig den Wasserverbrauch minimieren - auf bis zu 0,1% (1000 ppm). Schaumger\u00e4te sind ideal, wenn der Prozess oder das Material keine \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Feuchtigkeit vertr\u00e4gt oder wenn die Minimierung von Energieverlusten entscheidend ist.
