Kessel und W\u00e4rmetauscher sind bekannterma\u00dfen anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr die Bildung von Ablagerungen aufgrund einer Vielzahl von Verunreinigungen im Speisewasser. Das Speisewasser der Anlage wurde vor Ort durch eine Wasserenth\u00e4rtungsanlage aufbereitet, wobei es gelegentlich zu Verunreinigungen kam. Bei einer Untersuchung der Kesselinnenfl\u00e4chen wurde die Dicke der Ablagerungen auf etwa 0,635 mm gesch\u00e4tzt. Die Anlage war sich bewusst, dass die Ablagerungen im Kessel die Effizienz beeintr\u00e4chtigen, zu einem Verlust von hei\u00dfem Abschl\u00e4mmwasser f\u00fchren und die Anlagen korrodieren k\u00f6nnten, und wandte sich an Kurita, um die Effizienz des Kessels zu verbessern und die Betriebskosten zu senken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zielsetzungen<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verbesserung der
