Die Ursachenanalyse ergab das Vorhandensein gro\u00dfer Mengen an gebildeten Ammoniumchlorid- und Bisulfidsalzen. W\u00e4hrend die Schwefelwasserstoffe aus dem Hydrotreating-Prozess stammen, war die Hauptquelle f\u00fcr die Chloride in diesem Fall das Abgas, das aus dem Reformer-Debutanizer abgelassen wurde. Die Ammoniumsalze lagerten sich im oberen Teil des NHT-Debutanisators aufgrund der niedrigen Temperatur und des Fehlens von ausreichend Wasser ab. Die anhebbaren Kappen der Ventilb\u00f6den im oberen Teil des Debutanisators funktionierten nicht mehr ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df, was zu \u00dcberschwemmungen und hohen Konzentrationen von C<sub>5<\/sub> in der C<sub>4<\/sub> Abschnitt wurden aufgrund eines R\u00fcckgangs der Abscheidung (Off-Spec-Produktion) beobachtet. Die Dampferzeugung durch die Bodenverdampfer des Debutanisers musste eingestellt werden, da dies die Flutungsprobleme verst\u00e4rkte. Hoher Reid-Dampfdruck des Isomerats und eine erhebliche Verringerung des Durchsatzes um etwa 10 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h waren zus\u00e4tzliche Nachteile.<\/p>\n<p>Zuvor wurde die NHT f\u00fcr 1-2 Tage abgeschaltet und eine Wasserw\u00e4sche mit Abschaltung der Reformereinheit und der Isomerisierungseinheit durchgef\u00fchrt. Da bei der Wasserw\u00e4sche nicht alle Salze entfernt wurden, sollte eine solche Situation vermieden werden, da sie zu Produktionsverlusten und erheblichen Zusatzkosten f\u00fcr ein externes Reinigungsunternehmen f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zielsetzungen<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keine Abschaltungen der NHT, des Reformers und der Isomerisierungseinheit erforderlich.<\/li>\n<li>Online-Reinigung ohne zus\u00e4tzliche Kosten f\u00fcr die Beauftragung eines externen Reinigungsunternehmens.<\/li>\n<li>Nicht-spezifische Produktion w\u00e4hrend der Online-Reinigung.<\/li>\n<li>Wiederherstellung der urspr\u00fcnglichen Betriebssituation.<\/li>\n<li>Sicherer und reibungsloser Betrieb der
