Eine Ursache f\u00fcr diese Unvorhersehbarkeit sind die flie\u00dfenden Lasten. Ein stabiler und sicherer Betrieb der Kl\u00e4ranlage erfordert <br \/>diese Variabilit\u00e4t durch den Einsatz von Echtzeit-Automatisierung und -Kontrolle zu bek\u00e4mpfen, was bei dem fr\u00fcheren Behandlungskonzept beim Kunden dieser Fallstudie nicht der Fall war.<\/p><p>Der Holzproduktionsstandort konnte die Kl\u00e4ranlage dank der intensiven Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitarbeitern betreiben;<\/p><ul><li>Manuelle Probenkontrolle<\/li><li>Zeitaufwendige Laboranalysen<\/li><li>Visuelle Inspektion des Abflusses<\/li><li>Unn\u00f6tige Verwendung von \u201cJust-in-Case\u201d-Produktdosierungen.<\/li><\/ul><p>Der Mangel an Automatisierung und die st\u00e4ndige Forderung nach manuellen Arbeitsmethoden f\u00fchrt zu folgenden Punkten, die Anlass zur Sorge geben:<\/p><ul><li>Zu hoher Personalbedarf f\u00fcr einen sicheren, reibungslosen und stabilen Anlagenbetrieb.<\/li><li>\u00dcberdosierung von Produkten.<\/li><li>Hohe Kosten f\u00fcr das Behandlungsprogramm.<\/li><\/ul><p>Au\u00dferdem verbrennt der Kunde den Kl\u00e4rschlamm, und die Menge der in der Kl\u00e4ranlage anfallenden R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde war f\u00fcr ihn ein gro\u00dfes Problem. Im Rahmen des Protokolls der guten Praxis wurde gefordert, den Wassergehalt des Schlamms zu verringern, was sich negativ auf die W\u00e4rmeerzeugung auswirkt.<\/p><p><strong>Zielsetzungen<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Optimierung der Abwasseranlage durch Betrieb in einem breiten pH-Bereich<\/li><li>Verringerung der Gerinnungsmitteldosierung.<\/li><li>Reduktion der Bedienerzeit. Dank der Automatisierung wird das st\u00e4ndige Personal f\u00fcr den Betrieb der Anlage nicht mehr ben\u00f6tigt.<\/li><li>Beibehaltung des chemischen Sauerstoffbedarfs (CSB) <br \/>der Wasser- und Schlammqualit\u00e4t bei der Einleitung<br \/>unter Kontrolle.<\/li><li>Sicherer und stabiler Betrieb der Anlage.<\/li><li>Verringerung des Verbrauchs von Behandlungsmitteln.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
