The customer\u2019s main expectation was get an improvement in paint detackification and foam prevention caused by non-ionic surfactant in paint. This case study shows the impact of Kuristuck B-800 product applications on antifoam and detackification performance resulting in total cost of ownership reduction at paint booth applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good detackification with lower product dosage.<\/li>\n<li>Improvement at sticky paint problem.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping water neutral (or slightly alkali) without using hazardous chemicals for pH adjustment (e.g. caustic soda).<\/li>\n<li>Prevent foam that is caused from non-ionic surfactant in paint.<\/li>\n<li>Less blow down from
