Naturellement, les responsabilit\u00e9s environnementales sont un facteur cl\u00e9, mais elles vont de pair avec la cr\u00e9ation d'un lieu de travail sans danger, le respect des normes r\u00e9glementaires, la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs des ODD pour les parties prenantes et, tout simplement, le maintien de bonnes relations avec les communaut\u00e9s voisines de l'aci\u00e9rie.<\/p><p>Si les \u00e9missions canalis\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 l'aide de technologies bien \u00e9tablies telles que les dispositifs de d\u00e9poussi\u00e9rage et les \u00e9purateurs par voie humide, les \u00e9missions diffuses posent un plus grand d\u00e9fi en raison de leur nature impr\u00e9visible. Il en r\u00e9sulte des conditions poussi\u00e9reuses dans les parcs \u00e0 mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et des pertes de mat\u00e9riaux, ce qui peut avoir un impact direct sur les co\u00fbts de production.<\/p><p>Pour att\u00e9nuer ces effets, les producteurs utilisent des solutions aqueuses contenant des agents de cro\u00fbtage qui sont pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9es sur les stocks, formant une couche solidifi\u00e9e r\u00e9sistante \u00e0 l'\u00e9rosion \u00e9olienne.<\/p><p>Alors, une solution facile ? En partie seulement.<\/p><p>Les chantiers de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res sont des environnements tr\u00e8s anim\u00e9s. La gestion des stocks est un art en soi. Des navires, des camions ou des trains peuvent arriver \u00e0 tout moment pour d\u00e9charger et former de nouvelles piles. En fonction des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques, on applique soit des agents formant des cro\u00fbtes, soit des mat\u00e9riaux hygroscopiques. Alors que les cro\u00fbtes ont tendance \u00e0 se d\u00e9composer avec le temps, les mat\u00e9riaux hygroscopiques cr\u00e9ent un effet de mouillage qui emp\u00eache la formation de poussi\u00e8re. Deux m\u00e9thodes principales de contr\u00f4le des poussi\u00e8res sont utilis\u00e9es ici : la pulv\u00e9risation humide et les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 base de mousse.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3fbe331 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3fbe331\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les syst\u00e8mes de pulv\u00e9risation humide peuvent \u00eatre efficaces en raison de leur effet de refroidissement, mais ils introduisent \u00e9galement de l'humidit\u00e9 dans le mat\u00e9riau. Cette humidit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre \u00e9vapor\u00e9e dans des processus ult\u00e9rieurs (par exemple, dans des hauts fourneaux ou des fours \u00e0 coke), ce qui entra\u00eene une p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 thermique et une augmentation du co\u00fbt total de possession (TCO).<\/p><p>Les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 mousse, qui produisent une mousse relativement \"s\u00e8che\" \u00e0 l'aide d'air comprim\u00e9 et de buses sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, permettent d'obtenir une r\u00e9duction similaire de la poussi\u00e8re tout en minimisant l'utilisation d'eau - jusqu'\u00e0 0,1% (1000 ppm). Les unit\u00e9s de mousse sont id\u00e9ales lorsque le processus ou le mat\u00e9riau ne peut tol\u00e9rer un exc\u00e8s d'humidit\u00e9, ou lorsqu'il est crucial de minimiser les p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.
