L'une des sources de cette impr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 est la fluidit\u00e9 des charges. Le fonctionnement stable et s\u00fbr d'une station d'\u00e9puration n\u00e9cessite <br \/>lutter contre cette variabilit\u00e9 en utilisant l'automatisation et le contr\u00f4le en temps r\u00e9el, ce qui n'\u00e9tait pas le cas avec l'ancien concept de traitement chez le client de cette \u00e9tude de cas.<\/p><p>Le site de production de bois a pu g\u00e9rer la station d'\u00e9puration gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une main-d'\u0153uvre intensive ;<\/p><ul><li>Contr\u00f4le manuel de l'\u00e9chantillon<\/li><li>Analyses de laboratoire fastidieuses<\/li><li>Inspection visuelle de la d\u00e9charge<\/li><li>Utilisation inutile de dosages de produits \u201cau cas o\u00f9\u201d.<\/li><\/ul><p>Le manque d'automatisation et la demande constante de m\u00e9thodes de travail manuelles font appara\u00eetre les points suivants comme un sujet de pr\u00e9occupation :<\/p><ul><li>Trop de main-d'\u0153uvre est n\u00e9cessaire pour assurer un fonctionnement s\u00fbr, r\u00e9gulier et stable de l'usine.<\/li><li>Produits en surdosage.<\/li><li>Co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9 du programme de traitement.<\/li><\/ul><p>En outre, le client incin\u00e8re les boues, et le volume des r\u00e9sidus g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s dans la station d'\u00e9puration \u00e9tait une pr\u00e9occupation majeure pour lui. Dans le cadre du protocole de bonnes pratiques, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire la teneur en eau des boues, ce qui a eu un impact n\u00e9gatif sur le processus de production de chaleur.<\/p><p><strong>Objectifs<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Optimisation de la station d'\u00e9puration par l'utilisation d'une large gamme de pH<\/li><li>R\u00e9duction de la dose de coagulant.<\/li><li>R\u00e9duction du temps de travail de l'op\u00e9rateur. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'automatisation, il n'est plus n\u00e9cessaire d'avoir une main d'\u0153uvre constante sur le fonctionnement de l'installation.<\/li><li>Maintien de la demande chimique en oxyg\u00e8ne (DCO) <br \/>au niveau de la qualit\u00e9 de l'eau de rejet et des boues<br \/>sous contr\u00f4le.<\/li><li>Fonctionnement s\u00fbr et stable de l'usine.<\/li><li>R\u00e9duction de la
