L'analisi delle cause ha evidenziato la presenza di elevate quantit\u00e0 di cloruro di ammonio e sali di bisolfuro formati. Mentre i solfuri di idrogeno provengono dal processo di idrotrattamento, la principale fonte di cloruri in questo caso era il gas di scarico, scaricato dal debutanatore del reformer. I sali di ammonio si sono depositati sulla sezione superiore del debutanizzatore NHT a causa della bassa temperatura e dell'assenza di acqua sufficiente. I tappi sollevabili dei vassoi delle valvole nella sezione superiore del debuttatore non funzionavano pi\u00f9 correttamente, causando allagamenti ed elevati livelli di C<sub>5<\/sub> nel C<sub>4<\/sub> sono stati osservati a causa di un calo della separazione (produzione fuori specifica). \u00c8 stato necessario interrompere la produzione di vapore da parte dei ribollitori di fondo del debutanizzatore, poich\u00e9 ci\u00f2 aumentava i problemi di allagamento. L'elevata tensione di vapore dell'isomerato Reid e la significativa riduzione della portata di circa 10 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h erano ulteriori svantaggi.<\/p>\n<p>In precedenza l'NHT veniva spento per 1-2 giorni, eseguendo un lavaggio ad acqua con arresto dell'unit\u00e0 di reforming e dell'unit\u00e0 di isomerizzazione. Poich\u00e9 in quell'occasione il lavaggio ad acqua non rimuoveva tutti i sali, una situazione del genere dovrebbe essere evitata a causa delle perdite di produzione e dei notevoli costi aggiuntivi per un'impresa di pulizia esterna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obiettivi<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non sono necessari arresti dell'NHT, del reformer e dell'unit\u00e0 di isomerizzazione.<\/li>\n<li>Pulizia online senza costi aggiuntivi per l'assunzione di un'impresa di pulizia esterna.<\/li>\n<li>Produzione non fuori specifica durante la pulizia online.<\/li>\n<li>Ripristino della situazione operativa alle condizioni originali.<\/li>\n<li>Funzionamento sicuro e regolare dell'impianto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
