Una fonte di questa imprevedibilit\u00e0 \u00e8 rappresentata dai carichi fluidi. Un funzionamento stabile e sicuro dell'impianto di depurazione richiede <br \/>lottando contro questa variabilit\u00e0 utilizzando l'automazione e il controllo in tempo reale, cosa che non accadeva con il precedente concetto di trattamento presso il cliente di questo caso di studio.<\/p><p>Il sito di produzione del legno \u00e8 in grado di gestire l'impianto di depurazione grazie all'impiego intensivo di manodopera;<\/p><ul><li>Controllo manuale del campione<\/li><li>Analisi di laboratorio che richiedono tempo<\/li><li>Ispezione visiva dello scarico<\/li><li>Uso inutile di dosaggi di prodotti \u201cjust-in-case\u201d.<\/li><\/ul><p>La mancanza di automazione e la costante richiesta di metodi di lavoro a mano porta a considerare i seguenti punti come oggetto di preoccupazione:<\/p><ul><li>Troppa forza lavoro necessaria per un funzionamento sicuro, regolare e stabile dell'impianto.<\/li><li>Sovradosaggio di prodotti.<\/li><li>Costo elevato del programma di trattamento.<\/li><\/ul><p>Inoltre, il cliente incenerisce i fanghi e il volume dei residui generati nell'impianto di depurazione \u00e8 una grande preoccupazione per lui.
